The Merrylands BJJ team have expanded the gym. We are now teaching beginner and advanced Jiu Jitsu classes to adults including men, women and of course kids in Holroyd Merrylands. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be undertaken from as early as 4 years old, its never to late to start learning Jiu Jitsu in our local Merrylands BJJ gym. Located on Fox Street just outside Holroyd Gardens, our team have strategically placed our gym at the mouth of the Parramatta Jiu Jitsu scene and Merrylands Jiu Jitsu communities. Even if you are coming from as far as the Eastern Suburbs, such as Sydney CBD, or Penrith being next to the M4 Church Street Parramatta exit makes us a 20 minute drive. From both the eastern suburbs and as far as Penrith we are only 20 minutes away
